A New YouTube Documentary Premiere in December!

Have you ever seen the whole process of one traditional craft to be made? We will show the entire process of how a bespoke ceiling-high Kude-crafted partition is created.

ABOUT:
This documentary series showcases the intricate artistry of Kude Craft, a designated traditional craft of Kagawa, Shikoku, Japan. In this “with no explanation” version, you’ll witness every step of the process in its purest form, without narration or commentary.

In this series, follow the creation of a ceiling-high, custom-built partition—a one-of-a-kind project tailored for a specific space. By watching, you join a select group of people who appreciate the artistry and history of Kude Craft, helping to preserve this extraordinary legacy of Japanese joinery.

MiseNoMa ~Virtual Store Counter~ started in April 2024. Since then, we have been trying to figure out the best and easiest way for our members to join MiseNoMa. MiseNoMa is a casual, one-to-one Zoom chat where each member and I can get to know each other. It’s a PDF filled with 100 questions that will help you generate new ideas for bespoke artisanal items. Sometimes, great ideas are hiding within tiny questions in your everyday life. Watch episodes of “The Prototypes” on our YouTube channel to witness how simple and small questions turned into brilliant existing artisanal products. Now, please cross your fingers so that I can come up with 100 prompts much faster.

The change in the messaging and questionnaire forms is due to the problem we had with previous forms: the message notice was sent to our spam inboxes, and it was hard for us to catch your messages.
